For years, I lived with fear, crippling anxiety, and PTSD (child trauma). But through training — boxing, martial arts, fitness, mindset work — I rebuilt myself. And now, I help others do the same.
With over 20 years of training experience across Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Judo, Karate, Hapkido, Kung Fu, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit and more, I bring a lifetime of knowledge to Brave PT.

Everyone trains directly with me. No assistants. No big classes. I personally run all sparring, drills, and self-defence coaching, making sure every session is challenging, safe, and effective.

I started martial arts in the 1990s and earned my black belt from the Executive Defence Studio, and a black tip belt in BushidoKai Karate under Kancho Glenn Coxon — one of the most respected martial artists in Australia, and around the globe.
Since then, I’ve trained across karate, kickboxing, and other combat sports, learning from some of the world’s best fighters and coaches.
I’ve prepared athletes for competition, run a successful personal training studio in Sydney, and spent 1000’s of hours sharpening the craft of stand up fighting.
